Item 1 - Request by Volcano Union Inn, Mark Berkner, for variance from County Code Section 19.48.110.M (50' setback from centerline of the traveled right-of-way) and 19.24.040 (10' front setback in the "C1" District) to allow for the construction of an ADA Accessible
restroom (APN 029-034-005-000).
TAC members will review the application for completeness prior to acceptance.
TAC members will also conduct environmental review.
